Through online training we will use an app where all your workouts and progress will be stored and ready for you with exercise demonstration videos. Workouts rotate and never stay constant to keep things fresh. -

You will receive consistent texts checking in with you as well as a bi-weekly phone call to discuss how things are going and answer any questions as well as provide feedback.

In person training is 100% private and 1 on 1. Private personal training is the best as well as the safest experience for someone to learn straight from me and have in person accountability each week. For in person training, once you have committed and are on my schedule that becomes your locked in time that is guaranteed for you each week. This will keep you consistent and accountable to show up each week and be ready to work!

What can I expect when signing up to train with Ben?
When training with Ben you can expect my full effort and attention given in order to help you achieve your personal / individual goals. You will be worked and challenged in a safe and effective way with a focus on week to week betterment without leaving you too beat down or injured.
Workouts change each week to keep you excited about coming back and avoid getting bored with the same routine. A Lot of people have an expectation of what personal training might be like but I can assure you.. This is not boot camp and I am not a drill sergeant running around screaming at you so I promise there is nothing to be nervous about!! The expectation from me to you is always on EFFORT.
I am someone who has never worked out or it’s been many many years since I’ve exercised…Is this okay or do you only work with people who have exercised before?
It is 100% okay that you are a beginner!!! I welcome all experience levels and train everyone in between. My goal is to lead, educate, and inspire each and every person to help provide the confidence to jump start your fitness journey and keep it going throughout the rest of your life.

Do you make diet plans?
I do not provide full meal plans but I will assist you in developing better eating habits, recipes, tips, and provide insight on healthier eating options.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. I require a 24 hour notice. - Each week I send out a text on Sunday to each and every person ensuring they are set for their weekly normal time slot. If I do not receive a notice 24 hours in advance you will be charged for the rate of one session.
Will other people be around while I am working out?
Nope! My gym is a completely private studio so it’ll just be you and me.
How long are the workouts and what will we be doing?
Workouts last between 45-55 minutes. Each time you come in you will warm-up appropriately for that day and then we will be doing a blend of strength training, circuits, and have cardio incorporated throughout the workout! You will not be expected nor will you be doing the same workouts as athletes or another client. Everyone has different systems set in plaxe for their own individual program.
Do you train athletes?
Yes. I work with any sport and age group. l will help your son or daughter with becoming faster, stronger, explosive, more durable to prevent injury, and build confidence to transcend to the field, court, and life!
