Through online training we will use an app where all your workouts and progress will be stored and ready for you with exercise demonstration videos. Workouts rotate and never stay constant to keep things fresh. -

You will receive consistent texts checking in with you as well as a bi-weekly phone call to discuss how things are going and answer any questions as well as provide feedback.

In person training is 100% private and 1 on 1. Private personal training is the best as well as the safest experience for someone to learn straight from me and have in person accountability each week.
